This is 29 year-old UK Glamour Model (I still don't really understand that term but they use it a lot in English media) Jodie Marsh. And these are her 32GG bosoms.
Here's what she has to say about her new boob job on GMTV this week:
"You know what, I’ll tell you the honest truth - because I did have quite big boobs, natural big boobs and, as any woman with big boobs knows, they don’t stay pert and firm forever - they don’t. And of course, when gravity takes it toll, you’re left with boobs that really only look good in a push up bra - which is what mine had become. And I’d got to a point where I was like, I want them to look like this all the time, I don’t want to have to keep pushing them up."
No, of course you don't. Far better that they hover around your ears.
geez..imagine having to lug those things around in front of your all day. no thank you.

'Glamour' in this context would be the PC term for soft porn. Glamour models are the girls who get around in bikinis and wet t-shirts (and sometimes not even that much) for mags like Ralph and FHM.
As for Jodie, I just love that she's wearing a fascinator with that outfit.
