It’s pretty hard to upstage Chanel, specifically a supermarket-themed Chanel show, but it’s Keira Knightley’s waist that everyone’s talking about.
Knightley, who is the face of Chanel perfume Coco Mademoiselle, appeared at the Paris Fashion Week event wearing a dress from the label’s spring couture collection, which accentuated her small waist.
The optical illusion dress is made up of a structured boxy crop top, full skirt and black tube of super-tight-fitting fabric in the middle. Staring at the picture, it’s hard to tell if there is fashion trickery at play. Take a look:
Rihanna attended the event and wore another version of the all-in-one skirt-suit in lavender and paired it with matching lavender sneakers. Knightley instead chose gold heels, and the 28-year-old actress was joined by her husband James Righton in the front row of the show.
Of the show that featured models like Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner designer Karl Lagerfeld said: Just because “you buy expensive clothes” it doesn’t mean “you are not allowed in the supermarket.”

If you compare with Rihanna they are about the same size waist, Keira just looks thinner because of the dress shape and colour. I think she looks fantastic.
Keira's said before in interviews that she gets attacked all the time because of her weight and appearance. I think if there was less of this sensationalism in the media then we would all be happier, more confident people.
