Lara Bingle may look polished and essentially untouchable, but it turns out she’s not afraid of a little fisticuffs either. At least, that’s what a paparazzo has told a Manhattan court.
A photographer named Sheng Li has told a Manhattan court that 26-year-old Lara Bingle and 37-year-old Sam Worthington ‘brutally attacked’ him in a scuffle on February 23.
Li’s lawyer told the judge that Li has been unable to work since the attack, after suffering wrist and back injuries. Bingle was not charged at the time, but Li’s lawyer is now pushing for the model to be prosecuted – and wants a warrant to be issued for her arrest.
In a bizarre twist, it is actually Li who is facing court currently on assault and harassment charges – but his lawyer is using the time in court to turn the tables. Heller is now asking Judge Brunat DiBiase to drop the charges against Li, and instead prosecute Bingle and Worthington.
Hellar told Radar Online, “An application will be made for the immediate issuance of an arrest warrant for Lara Bingle for her assault on Sheng Li and for the issuance of an order of protection in favour of Sheng Li against Lara Bingle.”

Bingle should be arrested. Not for this but for her "reality " show. That shit was a crime against people with eyes
I sure didn't like the grin on her face while she decided what she was going to do!
