Poor old 'baby boomers' are obviously so completely beyond the pale that nobody wants to work with us! Having said that, I have found for all their perceived faults, Gen Y have an enthusiasm that can be very infectious (in a good way) in the workplace. A strong work ethic is an individual trait, not a generational thing.
Personally I think that both us Gen Y's and Gen X's bring completely diverse but equally as awesome qualities to the table - you can't beat a team of both Gen Y's and Gen X's to put their different thoughts together and produce amazing results!
You asked which of life's little problems i'd discuss with my friends over a beer? Definitely the first one that comes to mind is my friend's and I adaptation of Sex and the City (Circa 2014) - conversations include how do you "break up" with someone from Tinder when you were never really together and what does it mean when your ex who you have had no contact with since you've broken up begins to like your instagram photos? Ahhh the difficult lives of us Gen Y girls!
