Tommy Edison is blind. And each week he posts a video on YouTube about how he navigates the huge challenges that everyday life presents when you can’t see.

Here, Tommy talks about the perks of being blind. A lot of it is tongue and cheek because he’s a pretty funny guy. You will find yourself smiling and then laughing, in spite of yourself. But then he makes his final point about why being blind can be a blessing.

And his point is beautiful, poignant and oh so true.
