It’s called Ingrown Toenail Removal. It’s an ‘educational’ app that teaches you how to remove an ingrown toenail.
It costs 99 cents.
I paid for it (but am totally claiming it on tax now).

The app was designed by a company called Clearly Trained, who make a whole range of ‘You can be the doctor!’ type ‘games’. Some of their other hits include ‘Virtual Appendectomy’ and ‘Natural Childbirth’. Take a look:
Who the hell buys this stuff? Oh yeah, me. And I’ve already played it several times. I need help.

I don't get it! Is it a game or an instructional thing? Because the third or so slide says "do not attempt this at home"?
