The man who has become known as Hot Mug Shot Guy, Jeremy Meeks, probably should consider a career in modelling instead of a life of crime.

TMZ have reported that modelling agencies have expressed interest in representing Meeks (in the world of fashion, not a court of law), because of his “hot gangster” looks.

According to News.com.au, agency Blaze Models estimates that Meeks could earn between $15,000 and $30,000 a month, if he were to utilise those piercing blue eyes and chiselled jawline

UPDATE 23 June: Jeremy Meek’s rap sheet has been revealed.

The rap sheet of Jeremy Meeks – a.k.a the really ridiculously good-looking criminal whose mugshot was going viral last week – has been revealed. And it’s as long and extensive, as his cheekbones are chiselled and well-defined.

His most recent arrest was for weapons charges and street terrorism, but this is actually his third time behind bars.

In 2007 he was arrested in Washington in a sporting goods store, after trying to steal merchandise. When confronted by security guards he told them, “I’ll f*** you all up.” He then was pepper sprayed by the security staff. He was convicted of identify theft and resisting arrest, and served time in prison.

Earlier, in 2002 he was incarcerated for two years after severely assaulting a 16-year-old. He was charged with robbery and corporal injury.

In other news, Meeks’ wife is reportedly unhappy with the army of female fans her husband has acquired. A friend of the family told CBS: “She’s furious. Her man is in there and people are taking it as a joke, thinking it’s funny talking about his looks, saying all kinds of crazy things.”

So… maybe he’s not the criminal of your dreams, after all.

A mugshot of a really, really ridiculously good-looking ciminal has has been posted on a police Facebook page — and women are, well, sharing it.

The worst bit? Even though the guy’s being held in prison on $900,000 bail right now (and may not be a very nice human being), we can’t help thinking we was arrested for stealing our HEARTS.

Because, well, this:

Okay, local police say the guy, 30-year-old Jeremy Meeks, was charged with felony weapons charges in Stockton, California — so we really shouldn’t be making jokes.

But seriously. We suspect those “weapons” were his seriously sharp cheekbones and his perfectly squared jaw. Or maybe he just got in trouble for possession of perfectly pouty lips.

Anyway, commenters on the police Facebook page have left over 9,200 comments (most of them veering on the sleazy side) because, let’s be honest, the guy has eyes as blue as the sea and twice as deep.

“He could be a model, with the exception of the tear drop tattoo of course,” Natalie Puccio said.

“I just started a rehabilitation program. But I only have room for one client and I guess it’s Jeremy,” “Sharon Mcdowell wrote.

“Arrested for being TOO GAD DAM SIZZLING HOT,” Cherleigh Sarmu commented.

“Due to overcrowding, this man should be released into female custody and handcuffed to a bedpost,” Jules Krist added.

Let’s be clear: we don’t think crime is a laughing matter, and we’re writing this post on the basis this guy hasn’t been found guilty of his current charges yet.

But if he is? We wonder if he’ll just have to pay a penalty. ‘Cause he has “fine” written all over him.
