Nothing here surprises the average Australian customer/client. The great majority of businesses which have "telephone service" have a misnomer.
I call it "expensive time-cost queuing" and I vow to move my business elsewhere when it happens and I nearly always do.
I can't watch the video but arghhh my favourite is at the end of the (super unhelpful) call when they say "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" Argh! No, just if you could have helped me with the first thing, that'd be great!!
