Police have identified the woman found dead after a Melbourne buck's party.

With AAP.

Police have identified a woman found dead in the Melbourne hotel room of a buck’s party reveller as a 20-year-old from Western Australia.

Three days after her body was found at the Oaks on Market serviced apartments on Sunday morning, police confirmed the young woman had been identified, but her name has not been released.

Investigators initially arrested and questioned four men in their 20s and 30s, who were visiting Melbourne from NSW and the ACT to attend a buck’s party on Saturday night.

The woman is believed to have been found in one of their apartments.

All the men were released without charge and police subsequently ruled out foul play in the woman’s death.

An autopsy was conducted, while police worked to identify the woman, who was found wearing shorts, a long-sleeved top and runners.
