Nothing pleases me more than photos of perfectly arranged, colour co-ordinated food.
Welcome to Mamamia’s art endeavour, the Voulez-Vous Project. Every week we celebrate emerging artists, designers, illustrators, creators and women who knit using their vaginas. (Kidding. Maybe.) Our aim: to help the internet become a slightly more beautiful, captivating, or thought-provoking place by making art accessible.

There’s a new trend in photographing your food and putting it online that you need to get on board with ASAP. It’s called food gradients, and it’s unexpectedly beautiful (and very pleasing, especially if you love organising).
Food gradients involves arranging food in terms of colours. Look, I know it doesn’t sound like much, but I’m very much a Type A personality and this trend brings me more joy than Christmas.
Photographer and foodie Brittany Wright has won a following of over 80,000 people by posting photos of colour co-ordinated food.
She focuses not only on the colours, but on the aging aspects of each piece of fruit.

Look, I know it’s a bit strange. But it’s also the most visually pleasing thing you’ll see this week. I swear.

These photo's will soothe your love of organisation.
