Kylie Jenner, 18, might heat up the studio when her brother-in-law Kanye West is recording some of his virtuoso works of pure, utter, undeniable brilliance — but she’d really rather be crooning along about her feelings with an Australian country music artist.
And not just any old country troubadour, but the raw and heartfelt stylings of our very own Kasey Chambers.
Yes, in incredibly unlikely music fandom news, Kylie Jenner is an ardent Kasey Chambers fan and has posted a Snapchat of herself lip-synching along to Runaway Train from the 2001 album Barricades and Brickwalls.
Watch Kylie channeling Kasey… Post continues after video.
In the footage, she appears to be in a car and keeps glancing down at the camera as she poutily mouths the words. I really hope she’s not driving because that would be an incredibly sad yet fitting way for the youngest child of the social media-driven family to go.
She commented on the video, “This is all we listened too [sic] when we were little… Kasey chambers. Our whole childhood.”
Chambers, 39, was bemused by this revelation.
