When Georgia Love decided to quit her job to pursue romance on The Bachelorette, she didn’t come home empty handed. But she did come home unemployed.
While the former WIN Hobart newsreader has been fairly pragmatic about her chances of returning to the news desk after her emotional turn on reality TV, she could be back on our screens sooner than expected.
The 27-year-old has landed a gig as a presenter and panelist on Studio Ten during the Summer non ratings period, with Channel Ten confirming the appointment to Fairfax Media this morning.
Basically, it means the network can see how audiences respond to her without affecting the show’s ratings, which at present lag behind their morning TV competitors at Sunrise and Today.
If all goes well, Love could settle into a permanent position alongside Sarah Harris, Joe Hildebrand, Ita Buttrose and Jessica Rowe.

People are fools if they think this wasn't going on The Bachelor is done for anything other than career enhancement. It's reality Tv people not actual reality.
Gotta love the irony - the dad wanted Lee as he's based in Melbourne and now she's to the land of Matty!!
