Swift move, Tay.
Taylor Swift, the world’s most sparkly country-turned-pop singer, has purchased the rights to two rather grown-up websites.
The 25-year-old purchased the domains Taylorswift.porn and Taylorswift.adult ahead of changes that come into effect on June 1 that would allow members of the public to purchase the lucrative site names.
There’s been a scramble as celebs and companies rush to secure the rights to sites ending in .sucks and .porn before internet trolls do. According to CNN, Microsoft has also purchased the rights to Office.porn and Office.adult.
More Taylor: Taylor Swift’s hilarious response to rumours she insured her legs for $40 million.
And the price of ensuring your name isn’t forever besmirched by those evil internet trolls? Rumour has it that the new domain names can sell for up to $3,215.
At least Swift can rest assured that the price of saving her dignity is no where near as pricey as insuring her legs.
Flick through for a quick Taylor Swift fix…
Taylor Swift.

I think it is fair. I mean she is buying the rights to names not businesses. She got a lot of money so spending a couple of grand on her brand would mean nothing to her
I don't actually see this as that weird, after all her name is her brand and she really would not want that to be associated with rip off porn so why not buy the website?
How about she shouldn't have to fork out money to avoid rip off porn sites being made in her namesake. She's essentially had to buy thousands of dollars worth of nothing so that people don't exploit her....
