QUICK, JOHNNY. QUICK.
It may have just sunk in for Johnny Depp that he’s not above the law after all.
Depp, who brought his two dogs into Australia illegally to film the new instalment of Pirates of the Caribbean, was given an ultimatum by Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce to take the dogs out of the country by Saturday or they would DIE.

I can't even believe this is an issue. Seriously. Is this what the government waste their time worrying about?
How about they worry about pregnant Mum's smoking bongs. Seriously. I cannot believe this is even an issue.
As if this bloody millionaire doesn't protect his dogs from rabies. Or anything else for that matter.
This is a bloody PR stunt. I'm absolutely disgusted.
There are laws, and no one is above them. Just because you might deem it a waste of time, does not mean the government is incorrect in their actions. We need to teach celebrities that they are not above the law.
Oh I didn't realise Johnny Depp is a veterinarian/quarantine officer who was qualified to test his dogs for communicable diseases before travelling to a foreign country that has a strict quarantine policy and his authority is above that countries laws :/
Johnny Depp is an amazing actor, and Barnaby Joyce should have dealt with this discreetly as he would a non famous person. I do think the government should worry about this as well as pregnant women smoking bongs- but Barneby Joyce is not the Minister for health or the Minister for women so it's really none of his ministeral business to comment on pregnant women smoking bongs.
Considering there are many rich celebrities are against vaccination eg. Jim Carrey, Jenny McCarthy, Robert Kennedy Jnr, Rob Schneider, I certainly wouldn't take the gamble. Celebrities are not renowned for their common sense and it is better safe than sorry.
So if you're rich you are above the law the rest of us commoners have to follow?
I never agree with Mr Joyce, however on this I do. We're one of a very small number of countries without rabies, and I would like to keep it that way. All dogs should have to go through quarantine before entering Australia, no matter how rich their dad is.
