No one really believed it when it was confirmed Johnny Depp was marrying a very young woman called Amber Heard, but there’s no denying the truth now.
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have reportedly made their love official in a secret ceremony at their home in Los Angeles.
This shindig is the legal part before they make it official x 2 this weekend with lots of famous friends in attendance.
Johnny Depp’s set up his private island (because he is a pirate) for the big party this weekend, according to People.

Johnny, a versatile actor who you can’t just call by his first name, met his 28-year-old wife in 2011 while filming The Rum Diary. They got engaged by the end of 2012.
This is Amber’s first marriage and Johnny’s second, although he dated Vanessa Paradis for 14 years and has two children with her.
For this weekend’s ceremony, it’s said to be pretty exclusive with 50 of the couple’s closest friends (and a bunch of media, we’re guessing) attending.
Johnny’s island, which is called Little Hall’s Pony Cay, has been owned by the actor for over a decade and includes beaches named after his two children Lily-Rose and Jack, as well as his idols Hunter S. Thompson and Marlon Brando.

I would hardly say he dated Vanesas Paradis. They lived together and raised a family for over 14 years. Maybe de-facto would be a more accurate term?
