Imogen Anthony, 22-year-old girlfriend of Kyle Sandliands, just walked the runway in a bikini made of sand.

A BIKINI.

MADE OF SAND.

42-year-old radio shock jock Sandilands was sitting in the front row as his lady-friend sashayed down the catwalk for Bondi Bathers wearing just some strategically placed sand granules. She’s also wearing some freaking sweet gold sneakers, but for some reason they don’t seem to be the part of this outfit that’s got everyone talking.

If you’re wondering, well, how such a “bikini” works, the young model tweeted a photo from backstage that goes some of the way to explaining the logistics.

Imogen was pretty pleased with the whole experience, writing on Instragam: ‘For the record, there is something f***ing liberating about walking down a runway naked.’

She’s relatively new to the modelling scene, and conveyed her enthusiasm with another caption: ‘Last night’s experience was one in a million.. Closing the @bondibather show wearing nothing but an authentic Bondi Beach sand ‘kini!!’

This “sandkini” was designed by make-up artist Becca Gilmartin. And, ah, when we say designed, we mean collected with a bucket and spade from North Bondi and stuck to Imogen’s body with a glue stick.
