BUT DID THEY ORDER PARMIGIANA?
When you’re a self-confessed Bachelor super fan and you stumble across one Sam Wood and his chosen one Snezana out at dinner, what’s a girl to do?
Sneakily pose for a selfie with the happy couple in the background? Send a glass of rosé over to their table? Or turn the opportunity into the greatest group date of all time?
Radio host Hamish Blake and his wife, author and beauty editor Zoë Foster-Blake chose option three when they stumbled across The Bachelor couple out to dinner at Toko Melbourne to celebrate Sam’s birthday.
“Was KINDA hoping for some one on one time with my wife to show her the real me, but then you know who showed up and turned it into a group date. Currently JetSkiing, about to go skydiving,” Hamish wrote on Instagram.
Whilst Sam and Snezana were already on a group date of sorts – with Snezana’s daughter Eve and two of Sam’s close friends accompanying them for dinner – the funny couple quickly wormed their way into Sam and Snezana’s hearts.
But whilst it looked like a beautiful friendship was beginning to blossom, Zoe and Hamish were sadly sent home without a rose. And Osher wasn’t even on hand to let them say their goodbyes and send them on their way.
“Zoe, you did not receive a rose. Please take a moment to say your goodbyes. And then return to your husband you big creep.”
We’re sure even Nina would have been impressed with these date-crashers.
Since the ending of season 3 of The Bachelor, Sam and Snezana have been looking very loved up on Instagram.
